I join your team and care about your conference as if it were my own.

I join your team

One person, fully focused on your event from the first meeting to the last session.

I adapt to your way of working

Every organisation works differently. I bring my experience when a decision needs direction, but I don't impose my way of working on yours.

I steer quietly

Honest advice on the decisions that matter, at your organisation's pace.

Part of your team

I work as part of your team.

I don't step in to deliver a predefined list of tasks and step out again. I become part of the team and take responsibility for making the event work.

That means I can move beyond the boundaries of a traditional PCO or supplier when the situation requires it: solving problems, coordinating people, finding solutions and helping with whatever needs attention.

Every organisation works differently, so I adapt to the way your team works. I bring my experience when a decision needs direction, but I don't impose my way of working on yours.

My goal is simple: to care about your conference as if it were my own.

Confidentiality

Discretion and data protection.

Your event involves information that isn't public yet: programmes, speaker lists, budgets, sponsor conversations and participant data. I treat all of it as confidential, I'm glad to sign an NDA, and I share only what a task requires.

When I recommend event technology, I look at where attendee data is stored and who can access it, and I raise those questions with you and the platform provider before anything is set up.
